Synergy Biogenic operates as an independent mobile phlebotomy company and is not affiliated with any laboratory or physician's offices. We do not have the authorization to provide discounts for any laboratory tests collected. Synergy Biogenic conducts all business operations in compliance with HIPAA regulations and respects the privacy of the clients we serve. Under no circumstances will Synergy Biogenic share clients' personal information with unauthorized entities. All client information will be kept strictly confidential.

Synergy Biogenic is responsible for the collection, required processing within our capability, and delivery of specimens to the performing laboratory. No specimens will be collected without a qualifying physician's order. All orders will include patient information and copies of insurance cards (front and back) to ensure accurate performance by all parties involved. While Synergy Biogenic endeavors to maintain accuracy, we are not liable for any errors that may occur at the laboratory following the verified drop-off. Any errors made by Synergy Biogenic will be rectified through a complimentary recollection.

Synergy Biogenic operates as a private pay service, and payment is expected at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon. Laboratory testing charges will be billed directly to the insurance by the performing facility. Any inquiries or concerns regarding billing for tests collected should be directed to your insurance provider or the laboratory billing department.

Synergy Biogenic does not receive test results. If your physician or facility has not received results, it is their responsibility to contact the performing laboratory directly.

In the event that an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, we require a 24-hour notice via phone or email. Failure to provide a cancellation notice of less than 24 hours may result in an inconvenience fee of $24.00.
